Roofmart reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The names of the winners, once verified, can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Roofmart to be received no later than November 16, 2025. SPECIAL PURCHASE PRIZE DRAW
Customers who make a qualifying purchase of $2,500 or more (before tax) on October 16, 2025 at Roofmart St. Catharines will automatically be entered into a special draw.
The winners will be randomly selected on October 17, 2025 at Roofmart, 29 Hiscott St, St. Catharines, ON L2R 1C7.
Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
Prize: $1,000 Roofmart account credit (to be applied toward a future purchase).
- Only purchases made in-store at Roofmart St. Catharines on October 16, 2025 are eligible.
- Limit one entry per customer account.
- The draw will take place at the end of the event.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, printer errors, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the contest, the processing of entries, or in any contest-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading materials from or use of any website. Proof of entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the contest, as solely determined by Roofmart, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation or administration of the contest may be a violation of criminal or civil law, and should such attempt be made, Roofmart reserves the right to seek redress to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Roofmart reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the contest for any reason, without notice to participants, including if any portion of the contest is compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Roofmart, corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of, or submission of information in connection with, the contest. In those circumstances, Roofmart may, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken.
By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Roofmart which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Roofmart, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of its officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Roofmart to administer the contest and fulfill any prize requirements and, if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with upcoming promotions and/or events from Roofmart.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Roofmart in connection with this contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws applicable in the province of Ontario.
