Consent to our collection of personal information

Disclosure of Personal Information
Generally, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless permitted or required by applicable laws or court orders or where Roofmart has reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the investigation of unlawful activity.
We may disclose your personal information to the following third parties in the following circumstances: disclosure to companies that provide services on your behalf, disclosure to affiliates, disclosure to trading partners, disclosure in business transfers and in any other circumstances as deemed appropriate by Roofmart from time to time.

These measures include the security of our physical premises, our obligations, protection software and firewalls to prevent computer unauthorized computer access or hacking as well as internal passwords to restrict access to our electronic files.

We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Access to your Personal Information
You have the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and have it amended, whenever necessary. For example, if the requested information reveals personal information about another individual, your request for access may be limited or denied. If your request for access is denied, Roofmart will notify you in writing about the reason for the denial.

Privacy on the Website
Like most other commercial websites, we may monitor traffic patterns, website usage and related website information to optimize your visit to our website.

You do not have to register to visit our website. Some of the features offered through our website may require you to register and provide various information, including but not limited to: your name, address, phone number, email address, and a password that you select. Your registration information is used to provide and otherwise administer the service you requested. All software that is made available for downloading from the website (Software) is protected by copyright and may be protected by other rights. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
